Joey & Joan is a fast-growing baby essentials brand — think perfectly fitted bassinet sheets and thoughtfully designed sleep accessories — under Orion Brands LLC. We're building a lean, AI-augmented team and looking for a Creative Lead to own the visual and strategic identity of the brand across every channel.
What you'll own
Brand Positioning
Define and protect the brand voice and visual system. Translate our core pillars — relief, confidence, trust — into creative that resonates with new moms.
Creative Oversight
Review and guide output from our Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager, and agency partners. Ensure creative consistency at every touchpoint.
Storefront & Brand Design
Own the visual identity across our Shopify storefront — product pages, landing pages, and brand assets. Ensure every pixel reflects the Joey & Joan aesthetic.
Social Creative Strategy
Lead creative direction across our social ecosystem — multiple brand accounts, educational channels, and AI personas. Set the visual and tonal standards for each.
Ad Creative Direction
Drive creative strategy for paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok — concepting hooks, directing static and video ad formats, and iterating based on performance data.
What we're looking for
Nice to have
Experience in the baby, parenting, or wellness space. Familiarity with Shopify, Canva/Figma, and AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.). Bonus if you've worked with UGC creators or affiliate programs.
